A graduate of the Paris Bar School, holding a postgraduate degree (DEA) in Employment Law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and an LL.M from the University of London, Hélène Daher began her career in leading international law firms, including Baker McKenzie, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Orrick Rambaud Martel, where she was appointed partner in January 2018.
For over 15 years, she has advised CAC 40 companies, French and international groups, mid-sized companies, and startups on their most sensitive employment matters, particularly in relation to reorganizations, social dialogue, and reputational issues.
In 2020, she founded her boutique firm dedicated to employment law, with the ambition of combining technical excellence with a committed and close client approach.
Ranked since 2020 by Chambers and Partners and since 2021 by Legal 500, she advises a demanding client base both in France and internationally.

Admitted to the Bar in 2017, Lola holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Nancy (including a third-year exchange at Charles University in Prague) and a Master’s degree (Master II) in Employment Law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University.
She began her career at Orrick Rambaud Martel, working alongside Hélène Daher. This initial collaboration gave rise to a professional relationship that has continued to strengthen over the years. Now partners, they embody a trajectory built over time, grounded in mutual trust, a shared vision of the profession, and a collective ambition.
Lola advises companies in France and internationally across all areas of employment law, including sensitive exit negotiations, restructurings, litigation management, the drafting of collective agreements, and internal investigations.

Fériel holds a Master’s degree (Master II) in Employment Law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, a bilingual Master’s degree in European Law with a focus on Anglo-American law (MBDE) from Paris Nanterre University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond (Virginia, USA).
She began her career at Clifford Chance before spending twelve years at Linklaters, and joined Daher Avocats in 2025.
Fériel advises French and international clients on all individual and collective aspects of employment law, with particular expertise in complex reorganizations, collective redundancy projects on economic grounds (PSE, voluntary redundancy plans), employee transfers, the employment aspects of M&A transactions, and ESG-related matters (including the Pay Transparency Directive).
Counsel
Admitted to the Bar in 2018, Julia holds a Master’s degree (Master II) in Employment Law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
Before joining Daher Avocats in 2024, she practiced in leading international multidisciplinary law firms, including Hogan Lovells for two years, both in litigation and advisory work, and CMS Francis Lefebvre for four years, primarily in an advisory capacity.
She advises French and international companies and groups on all individual and collective aspects of employment law, both in advisory and litigation matters. She also regularly handles the employment aspects of reorganizations and corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions, disposals, etc.), as well as social security law.

Admitted to the Bar in 2019, Pierre graduated top of his class in the 2015 Master’s degree (Master II) in Labour Law and Practice from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and holds a PhD in Law.
Before joining Daher Avocats in 2025, he practiced at Aguera Avocats and Fromont Briens.
He advises a diverse client base on all aspects of employment law, covering both individual and collective employment relations, as well as social security law and employee savings schemes.

Admitted to the Bar in 2023, Marie Loncle graduated top of her class in 2020 from the Master’s degree (Master II) in Labour Law and Practice at Paris II Panthéon-Assas University.
After completing a one-year apprenticeship at Gide Loyrette Nouel, as well as several internships in full-service and specialized employment law firms (including CMS Francis Lefebvre, Advant Altana and Aerige), she joined Daher Avocats in 2023, where she is now fully involved in advising French and international companies, both in advisory matters and litigation.

Holding a Master’s degree in Economic Law from Sciences Po Paris, Rébecca Clément previously practiced at Hoche Avocats and completed several internships in firms such as Gide Loyrette Nouel and Flichy Grangé Avocats.
She joined Daher Avocats in 2025 to advise companies and groups of various sizes, in both French and English, on individual and collective employment law matters, as well as related litigation.
Associate
Admitted to the Bar in 2025, Malik Faye holds a Master’s degree (Master II) in Employment Law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
During his academic training, he completed a one-year apprenticeship within the La Poste group, before working as an employment law in-house counsel. He also undertook several internships at leading business law firms, including August Debouzy and CMS Francis Lefebvre.
He currently practices at Daher Avocats as an associate, following an initial experience at DLA Piper. He advises companies in France and internationally across all areas of employment law, both in advisory matters and litigation.

Admitted to the Bar in January 2026, Nejla Yildiz holds a Master’s degree (Master II) in Business Law, with a specialization in Corporate Legal Practice, from Paris Cité University.
After completing her final internship at Daher Avocats, she joined the firm as an associate, advising companies both in advisory matters and litigation, with a particular focus on dispute resolution.
Associate
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Economic and Social Administration from the Sorbonne University, which provided her with a strong foundation in administrative management, Meriem Belahcene supports the entire team. Thanks to her organizational skills and keen attention to detail, she plays a key role in the firm’s smooth day-to-day operations.
Before joining Daher Avocats, she gained valuable professional experience in the pharmaceutical sector, where she developed project management and coordination skills.
Her background also includes experience as a personal assistant abroad, enabling her to further strengthen her adaptability and management capabilities in multicultural environments.
Legal Assistant
Agrégé in Private Law and a former student of the École Normale Supérieure, Stéphane is Professor at the University of Picardie Jules Verne (Amiens), a researcher at the CERCRID, an associate researcher at Mines Paris – PSL, and Scientific Director of the Lexbase Social journal.
He is notably co-author of the Panoramas of Labour Law (Dalloz) and co-editor of the “Employment” section of the Revue de Droit du travail. He has also served as a technical advisor within a ministerial office and contributed to the drafting of several pieces of legislation.
In addition to his expertise in employment law, Stéphane has in-depth knowledge of matters at the intersection of corporate law and employment law.
